At exactly 9:32 AM, millions watched as Apollo 11 blasted off from Florida’s Kennedy Space Center, carrying three astronauts on a mission that would change history. Just four days later, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin would step onto the Moon, while Michael Collins orbited above. It was humanity’s first journey to another world — and proof that with enough ambition (and rocket fuel), even the sky isn't the limit.
